Today was the last day of our journey to Cambridge.At half past five a taxi took us from our host families to the meeting point at Mansel Way so we had to get up very early! We went to Gatwick Airport by coach. Fortunately, there wasn’t any traffic jam so it took us only 2 hours to get there.After we had checked in, we still had some free time to go shopping or eat something. Everyone enjoyed the last hours in Great Britain.Then we were allowed to get to our gate. Afterwards we had to wait for some more minutes until we were allowed to enter the plane. While doing so, we filled out a feed-back-sheet about the journey and our host families. Finally, we could go onto the plane. But the plane didn’t start immediately because we had to wait for other airplanes. Eventually the plane took off to our destination of Innsbruck. There we arrived at 2:20 p.m. (UTC + 1). We had a pleasant flight and a safe landing.At Innsbruck Airport we were welcomed by our families and most of us were very happy to see them again.
